    Tournament Details:
    Dates:  Thursday, October 27th - Sunday, December 11th
    Entry Deadlines:  Mail-in Entry:        postmarked by Friday, October 21st
    Drop-off at KBTA: Sunday, October 23rd, 4:00pm @ KBTA
    Online Entry:        Sunday, October 23rd @ midnight
    Cost:  $45.00
    Location:  Matches should be played on clay at the KBTA courts.
    Note: If all players agree, matches may be played elsewhere or on a hard court.
    Court Fees:  No court fees for matches played at KBTA
    Divisions: 

    Men:
    - Singles:  3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 50+, 60+
    - Doubles: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, Century

    Women:
    - Singles:  3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5
    - Doubles: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5

    Mixed:
    - Doubles: 6.5, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0, 8.5, 9.0, 9.5, Century

    Kick-Off Party

    The Kick-Off party will be held on Wednesday, October 26th from 6:30- 8:30 at Crandon Park Tennis Center (home of the Sony Ericsson). 

    There will be food and beverages and the draws will be posted (draws will be available online the next day).

    Date:  Wednesday, October 26th
    Times:  Start: 6:30
    Dinner: 7:00-8:00
    Tennis Exhibition: 8:30-9:00
    Cost:  Participants - Free
    General Admission - $10.00
    Juniors - $5.00

    Reservations can be made at KBTA up to 2 days in advance.  There is no charge for matches played at KBTA.

    Finals Weekend
    The finals weekend will be December 10th & 11th.  There will be a BBQ both days around lunch time.  There will also be a Fast Serve competition open to all tournament participants.  Awards for the man & woman in each of the following categories: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 & 5.0.

    Refund Policy

    Upon request, a full refund of the entry fee can be issued up until the start of the tournament.

    To receive a refund, let us know that you will not be taking part in the tournament by emailing us at fallisland@btcservices or calling the tournament director at (305) 573-8656.
