Match Format: 3rd set tie-break
The 3rd set will be a 10-point super tie-breaker. If all players agree, a full 3rd set can be played. See Rule 5.3 for more info.
Deadlines
Listed at the top of each round is the date by which that round should be played. Please make sure to take a look at these now so you can start scheduling your matches.
Draw Coordinators
Each division has a Draw Coordinator assigned. Their name and number are listed at the top right of each draw. Any questions should be directed to them.
If you experience any problems scheduling your matches, please let your Draw Coordinator know as soon as possible.
Rule 3.4: Coordinators must be notified at least 48 hours before a match if an extension is needed. See rules for more info.

There is no cost for tournament matches played at the KBTA courts.

Additional Courts
If you can't get a court at KBTA or not one at the time you prefer, Crandon Park Tennis Center is offering reduced court cost for tournament matches.

Reporting Scores
Scores must be report online using the Report a Score page, the draw is updated immediately. (except Round Robins which are manually posted)
TOURNAMENT GOODIES
T-Shirts
All entrants receive a 2012 Tournament T-Shirt!
T-Shirts can be picked up at the opening night party. If you cannot not make it to the party, they will be at the KBTA club house. Any extra T-Shirts will be available for sale after the tournament.
All entrants receive a free racquet stringing at TennisPlaza! If you were not at the party, you can pick up your stringing certificate at the KBTA clubhouse.
